Monday:Isaiah 6: 1-13: In this Bible passage a man named Isaiah is healed. He is told to go out and serve God for eternity. I last realized my continuing need for God's forgives when I realized how much I actually sin. I know if I had not accepted God's offer of eternal life, there I no way I could possible make it to heave. I know that I am a sinner in need of forgiveness every time I sin. I love God with my heart and I want to thank him for always for giving and loving me.
ReplyDeleteTuesday:Isaiah 5: In this Bible passage it talks about the terrible and gruesome punishment of Jesus. It speaks of him being tortured and how nobody even cared. I would describe what Jesus did pure me as the true meaning of love. Jesus loved me so much that he gave his life for me. I could honestly not thank him enough. No one will ever love me a much as Jesus truly loved me and still loves me. What Jesus did for me was wonderful.
ReplyDeleteWednesday:Jeremiah1:1-9: In this Bible passage God speaks to Jeremiah and calls him to be a prophet. Jeremiah claims to be to God however, God tells him that he isn't.I think the idea of God using me is wonderful. I know that God has already called me go go forth and preach the gospel however, if God has called me to do something in addition to that I believe that would be extremely cool. I can't wait for God to use me!
ReplyDeleteThursday:Jeremiah 36: In this Bible passage a scroll is sent to the king to read and the King burns the scroll. Because the scroll is burned by the king, the kings people are cursed. There is really no risk in my relationship with God besides the devil coming after me to steal, kill and destroy. I know God has my back through everything though and that is an amazing feeling to have and it makes me feel safe and secure.
ReplyDeleteFriday:Jeremiah 38:1-13:I this Bible passage Jeremiah warns everyone to leave the city. The people are not eased by him telling them to do this. A part in my life that compares with Jeremiah's time in the well is when I tried to warn somebody of something however, no one would listen to me. This is really a terrible feeling and reminds me of what Jeremiah went though in the Bible passage.
