Week 6 Bible Blog 1:

Monday Judges 15: 1-20:  In the Bible passage Samson killed several people. I know for a fact that mistakes do not correct themselves. You  have to fix your mistakes yourself no one can fix them for you. I often make mistakes and I have to at least try to fix them instead of just expecting them to automatically fix themselves. Everyone makes mistakes therefore, no one is perfect. Samson killed many people of is foolish mistakes however, who knows I may have done the same thing if I were faced with his situation. In conclusion, I will be more cautious when I make mistakes and try harder to fix them.

Tuesday Judges 16: 1-21:  In the Bible passage Samson was flirting with a prostitute. He allowed her to know his weakness and in return  he lost his strength. In many situations I find myself flirting with disaster. I should not do this this with things that could harm me. Flirting with disaster never has a good result. As A Christian I should lean towards things that are Godly and holy. Pure things keep you a way from disaster. I will try my best not to flirt with disaster. I really never as good results.

Wednesday Judges 16; 22-31: In this Bible passage Samson regains his strength only to die. He killed more people the day he died then he had killed in his entire life. Samson is also buried by his friends. I guess I understand God's patience pretty well. I know God is patient and loving towards his people and that  is he is forgiving and gives second chances. I believe that I need to understand God's patience even more. It never hurts to learn about God and love him even more. In conclusion, I think I need to understand God's patience even more!

Thursday Ruth 1: 1-22: In this Bible passage Ruth's sons die and one of her daughter and laws Naomi decides to stay by her side. She refuses to leave her. I love thing bible passage. Difficulties can often affect my friendships. They can cause me and my friends to grow closer or draw us away from one another. It all really depends on what the difficulty is. In the end we always are there for each other anyway just like in the Bible passage. In conclusion, this is how difficulties affect my friendships.

Friday Ruth 2: 1-23: In this Bible passage Naomi meets Boaz and finds favor in his sight. Ruth, Naomi's mother in law, tells her to keep going to his field. I believe that I have found my reputation to be an advantage for me making friends. It's easier for me to make friends because, I try my best to get along with everyone. As far as I know I have a reputation for being nice and quiet (most of the time). I love that when people think of me they do not think of someone mean in vicious (at least I hope not).  In conclusion this is how my reputation is an advantage.
